BCS. You may think we're referring to Course 9, when in fact we are referring to the inauguration of a new way of thinking according to the Bacon/Cheeseburger Society.
For our first adventure into the underworld burger culture of Boston and the surrounding areas, we ventured across the river to the Lower Depths Tap Room. Some highlights:
- The meat. Is cooked. In bacon grease. Need I say more?
- $1 Fenway Hot Dogs. You do have to pay an extra dollar for each topping, but in my humble opinion, they are perfect with just a thin line of ketchup.
- The Quesadilla Burger. How had one of us not thought this up before? A delicious, bacon-grease-infused burger wrapped in a tortilla with guac and all the cheesy goodness you would expect. Brilliant.
